Holistic formation refers to the Scripture governed and Scripture grounded process of shaping the whole person spiritually, intellectually, practically, and relationally for faithful service in Christ’s church and the communities.
Our approach integrates four core dimensions of formation, shaping students spiritually, academically, ministerially, and relationally. This reflects the institution’s commitment to holistic training that prepares students for real ministry contexts.

Academic formation is an essential part of discipleship. At SIBBCS, theological study is pursued with intellectual integrity, biblical faithfulness, and spiritual sensitivity.
Ministerial Formation
Equipped for Faithful Service SIBBC&S integrates theological learning with practical ministry experience to prepare students for real world service. Through supervised ministry, weekend ministry involvement, and summer placements, students develop servant leadership, pastoral sensitivity, and faithfulness in their calling.
