Procedures & Requirements
Procedures
- Email Verification: The Candidate can log on to https://sibbc.org/full-application and verify the email.
- Application Form: Candidates begin their admission journey by completing the application form for their desired program.
- Admission Payment: After completing the application form, candidates proceed with the admission payment. They can make an online payment for the admission fee and access their receipt through the student portal.
- Interview and Qualifying Examination: Applicants will receive a Call Letter to come to the college in the first week of June for an interview and qualifying examination.
- Document Verification: Upon arrival on campus, candidates who passed the qualifying exam and interview must present their original education documents for verification.
- Admission and Dues Payment: After document verification, students are directed to pay their dues. Once dues are cleared, students are issued roll numbers, ensuring admission into their chosen program.
Required Documents
- Copies of academic certificates & transcripts (SSLC, HSLC, Degree, etc.)
- Migration/transfer certificate (if applicable)
- Two passport-size photographs
- Completed physical examination report from a qualified doctor
- Personal testimony of salvation & purpose for studying at SIBBC&S
- Letter of recommendation from your sending church/organization
- Sponsorship statement (for graduate program applicants)
- Graduate program applicants: Three recommendation letters sent directly by referees to the Registrar’s Office
Note: All original certificates must be submitted to the Registrar for safekeeping upon registration and held for the duration of your study.
Eligibility & Programs
- Diploma in Theology (DTH.)
Eligibility: 10th pass
Duration: 2 years
Exception: Candidates aged 20+ without a 10th pass may apply after passing a qualifying exam.

- Bachelor of Theology (BTH.)
Eligibility: 10+2 qualification
Duration: 3 years (ATA-accredited)
Special Cases:
– 10+2 students lacking English skills will join DTh. for one year before BTh.
– SSLC + age 25+ with ministry experience may apply after passing a qualifying exam.

- Master of Arts in Biblical Theology (MABT)
Eligibility: ATA-accredited BTh. with GPA ≥ 3.00 (Grade B average)

- Master of Divinity (M.Div.)
Eligibility: Any university degree (3-year program)
Non-ATA BTh. graduates with 10+2 before BTh.: Eligible for 3-year ATA M.Div .(must have 120 BTh. credits)
Exception: SSLC + age 30+ may apply after passing a qualifying exam.
For ATA BTh. graduates :
– GPA ≥ 3.00: Direct entry to 2-year M.Div. (3 years if lacking Greek/English skills
– GPA ≤ C+: 3-year program

Admission is subject to an assessment examination.
Applicants lacking biblical language or English skills will enroll in a 3- year MTH. program.
